The Services Digitization organization within Client Services is dedicated to automating business processes and making client interactions with Visa straightforward, intuitive and rewarding through the design, development, and delivery of enhanced digital experiences. As a member of the Onboarding team within Services Digitization, you will play a pivotal role in driving process automation and digitization of solutions supporting the Licensing, Implementation and Testing functions.
About the Role We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end strategy, delivery, and scaling of an in-house Centralized Payment Testing Platform. You will define the product vision, partner with Platform/Payments Engineering to build core capabilities from the ground up, sunset fragmented internal tools, and launch a secure, scalable, white-labelled testing experience for internal stakeholders and enterprise clients.
You will collaborate with Product, Operations, SMEs, Engineering, SRE, Security, Data, Sales, and Client Success to deliver a seamless developer and client experience across payment authorization, clearing, settlement, and dispute flows.
