We’re hiring a Senior Growth Product Manager to drive top-of-funnel growth and build 0→1 consumer products at Leap.
This is for someone who thrives in chaos, ambiguity, and starting from scratch.
Someone who’s already shipped real growth outcomes, taken products from 0 → 100K+ users, and operated at million+ scale.
You’ll partner with product, growth, engineering, and marketing to build the next breakout surface at Leap.

0-to-1 Product Launches
Take new products or features from scratch to scale. Define what to build, why it matters, and how to grow it.
Think: “Launched X from zero, grew to 100K+ users”
Not: “Improved a setting page on an app with 10M users”
Growth & GTM Strategy
Run experiments across onboarding, pricing, and growth loops.
Partner closely with the growth team to craft landing pages, SEO flows, referral hooks, and paid funnels.
You’ll ship products that drive acquisition.
Scale Leap’s AI Products (Update)
You’ll take the AI products we’ve already launched and scale them from 1 → 10.
From feature development to GTM, you’ll own the roadmap and the results.

PM at a Consumer Startup (Pre-Series C)
You’ve built from scratch. Worked in lean teams. And you are a builder at heart. 4+ years shipping/scaling growth products.
Launched & Scaled Something Real
You’ve taken something from v1 to real scale—DAUs, downloads, paid users. Your resume shows outcomes, not fluff (Proof: −15% CAC, +20% paid conversion, +30% activation, or similar wins)
Growth DNA
You’ve worked on GTM, SEO, CRO, onboarding, referrals, or pricing. You’ve shipped experiments and scaled what worked.
Hands-On AI Application
You’ve integrated LLMs via APIs into actual products. Not “prompt engineering,” not “AI curious.” You’ve built and shipped. Tools like OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, etc.
