We’re Looking for a Builder. A Problem-Solver. A Product Leader Who Thinks Big.

Opkey is seeking a Product Manager – Veeva Domain with 6+ years of experience who can shape the future of our automation products for the life sciences ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who deeply understands Veeva applications (Vault, CRM, Quality, Regulatory, Safety, Promo Mats, Med Comms, etc.) and knows how to turn customer needs into scalable, innovative product features.

You’ll drive automation capabilities that help global life sciences enterprises accelerate Veeva implementations, upgrades, compliance cycles, and validation—while collaborating with some of the sharpest minds across Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where you’ll be directly responsible for building Opkey’s Veeva-focused product line spanning testing, configuration, training, and compliance automation.

What You’ll Own:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Veeva-focused automation solutions.
  • Veeva Lifecycle Automation
Develop automation for key Veeva products (Vault Quality Docs, QMS, RIM, Safety, CRM, Promo Mats) to reduce manual validation, accelerate configuration, and ensure compliance.
  • Customer Insights
Gather and analyze feedback from life sciences customers and Veeva partners to identify gaps, opportunities, and product enhancements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver product releases on time and with measurable impact.
  • Product Lifecycle
Own the end-to-end lifecycle: ideation → requirements → launch → adoption → continuous improvement.
  • Compliance & Validation Focus
Ensure that automation features address regulatory requirements such as GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and Annex 11, enabling faster customer validation.
  • Go-to-Market Alignment
Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure smooth product launches and adoption strategies, including co-sell opportunities with leading SIs and Veeva partners.
  • Data-Driven Improvements
Monitor product usage, adoption, and customer satisfaction metrics to continuously optimize product performance.

A Day in the Life

Your day might start by reviewing customer validation timelines and compliance-related challenges in ongoing Veeva projects. You’ll meet with engineering to discuss automation features for Vault QMS, align with design on usability, and check in with customer success on adoption trends. In the afternoon, you might run a product demo for a pharma client or refine a PRD for automating Promo Mats content validation. By the end of the day, you’re aligning the roadmap with leadership, ensuring Opkey stays ahead in Veeva lifecycle automation.

What You’ll Bring

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS/Enterprise Software, with at least 3+ years in life sciences / Veeva ecosystem.
  • Strong academic background (Bachelor’s/Master’s from a Tier-1 institute).
  • Hands-on knowledge of Veeva applications (Vault QMS, RIM, Safety, Promo Mats, CRM, Med Comms).
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (GxP, Part 11, Annex 11) and their impact on product validation.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, or similar.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to automation for Veeva validation, testing, training, and configuration.
  • Understanding of life sciences processes: Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Safety, and Commercial.
  • Prior experience with SaaS platforms, automation products, or working with Veeva partners (TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, etc.).
