The Role:

  • The Product Manager is responsible for ensuring high-quality supplementary product outputs including, but not limited to, product and customer documentation, traceability matrix, and release reporting/metrics.
  • The Product Manager is responsible for handling multiple projects and managing stakeholders.

 Responsibilities:

  • The Product Manager should be able to create high quality, detailed Epics from customer requirements, use cases, and/or other documentation e.g. Functional Specification to populate the Product Backlog.
  • The Product Manager(s) should also be able to manage the Epics in JIRA/ALM through the different stages of the development lifecycle through elaboration, refinement, development, acceptance, and test.
  • Owning and prioritizing the development Backlog.
  • Elaborating the Epics.
  • Leading story elaboration with Business Analysts and Solution Architects.
  • Communicating with development teams to share product/project vision and priorities.
  • Define release scope.
  • Implementing and monitoring delivery timelines across departments.
  • Regularly communicating progress on projects and deliverables to the stakeholders.
  • Taking ownership and accountability for multiple products or their localization.
  • Implementing key Agile/SCRUM frameworks and methodologies.



Requirements

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of domain and industry experience, someone who gets what a batch solution is and how it needs to be designed and operated
  • Can support and trouble shoot with the team, translating business requirements clearly
  • Support the Team Management and co-ordination, really helping to prioritize what matters
  • Be able to hold own in conversation with the customer
  • Work closely with the Engineering Lead to drive improvements in story writing and requirements.
