JOB DESCRIPTION:


Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and execution of iServeU's 3DS products and features.
• Implement and maintain payment authorization flows using REST/RPC APIs across multiple payment gateways
• Manage real-time transaction logic, including 3D Secure (3DS) authentication, card verification (AVS, CVV), and tokenization.
• Understanding the 3DS protocol and its various versions (e.g. 3DS 2.0/2.x)
• Ensure accurate handling of authorization, capture, and void/refund workflows in various currencies and regions.
• Monitor and improve authorization success rates, identifying root causes for declines (e.g., issuer behaviour, fraud checks).
• Develop and maintain integrations with card networks, issuing banks, and fraud prevention tools.
• Integrating 3DS solutions with merchant platforms and payment gateways.
• Monitoring and analysing 3DS transaction data for performance and fraud trends.
• Troubleshooting issues related to 3DS implementations.
• Staying up-to-date with industry standards and evolving 3DS specifications (e.g., EMV 3DS).




Requirements

Desired Qualifications/ knowledge:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
• Experience in the payments industry, with a focus on card-not-present (CNP) transactions and security.
• Knowledge of fraud prevention principles and technologies.
• Understanding of the 3DS protocol and its technical aspects.
• Experience with APIs and system integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills, High energy, hands-on, detailed-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Excellent Analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
