Requirements
Application Operations & Enhancements (Must Have)
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple applications.
• Develop and deliver minor enhancements based on evolving business needs
Product Ownership (Must Have)
• Take internal responsibility for specific IT products or product groups
• Drive continuous improvements and ensure strategic alignment
ITIL Knowledge
• ITIL knowledge, monitor SLA/KPI adherence, and support continuous service improvement
Vendor Management (Must Have)
• Manage and collaborate with external service providers. Ensure service quality and contract compliance
Escalation & Incident Management
• Manage ticket escalations and general issue resolution. Lead alignment calls with stakeholders as needed
Communication Skills (Must Have)
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication abilities. Engage effectively with internal teams and external partners
Process Documentation & Compliance
• Create and maintain process documentation. Support knowledge management and demonstrate awareness of compliance and vulnerability remediation practices
