Job Purpose:
We are looking for an innovative and strategic Product Manager to spearhead the development and management of our product offerings in the financial sector. This role requires a deep
understanding of financial markets, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to collaborate
across teams to deliver exceptional product solutions. The ideal candidate will drive the product innovation, optimize performance, and ensure that our financial products meet the evolving
needs of the market and our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Product Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for our
financial offerings, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer demands, and
business objectives.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to uncover new product
opportunities and identify potential improvements to existing offerings. Continuously
monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
• Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process by
collaborating with cross-functional teams, including compliance, marketing, and sales.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and post-launch
optimization.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and
external stakeholders, providing updates and strategic insights. Effectively communicate
product vision, progress, and key performance metrics to senior management and other
relevant teams.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Analyze product performance, customer
feedback, and usage data to identify areas for improvement. Make data-driven
recommendations to enhance product features and user experience, driving product
success and client satisfaction.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all products meet regulatory standards and
comply with internal policies. Collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk teams to
address potential risks and ensure adherence to industry regulations.
• Education & Training: Develop and deliver training programs and materials to equip sales
teams and clients with a thorough understanding of product features, benefits, and value
propositions. Empower internal teams with the knowledge needed to drive product
adoption and sales
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree, with an MBA preferred(Tier 1 college). Engineers with a solid
understanding of technology and financial markets are also highly encouraged to apply.
• Experience:1 -3 years of proven experience in product management, ideally within the financial
services or fintech industry. Experience in managing complex product portfolios is a plus.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies,
and regulatory frameworks. Familiarity with market trends and financial instruments is
essential.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of
using data to make informed decisions and drive product development.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal,
with the ability to articulate product strategies clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within cross-functional
teams.
• Team-Oriented: Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, with a collaborative
approach to working with internal teams (engineering, marketing, sales, compliance) to
achieve product goals.
