Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Product Manager to be part of making that happen.   

About the Role:

  • Own product requirements, delivery, backlog prioritization, and outcomes for the tooling used for endpoint investigations, by one of the biggest commercial SOCs in the world.
  • Build and lead a plan to integrate the Managed EDR SOC into the broader Arctic Wolf ecosystem.
  • Translate high-level goals into detailed requirements and actionable roadmaps in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Partner with SOC leadership, Endpoint engineering, and AI/ML teams to identify and drive optimization opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

  • 9+ years of experience in cybersecurity product management.
  • Align product requirements with strategic objectives for Digital Concierge services, ensuring clarity and traceability from concept to delivery.
  • Work closely with engineering and UX teams to design and deliver features that improve automation, security, and customer experience.
  • Author and maintain detailed functional and technical specifications for Concierge capabilities, including workflow automation, SOAR integrations, and customer interfaces.
  • Decompose high-level product goals into actionable development tasks and user stories, ensuring completeness and clarity.
  • Conduct competitive and technical research to inform roadmap decisions and differentiate the Digital Concierge offering.
  • Support backlog grooming and sprint planning with a focus on technical feasibility, security, and business value.
  • Strong understanding of security risks, threat models, and mitigation strategies in customer-facing platforms.
  • Familiarity with SOAR platforms and automation technologies, including orchestration of workflows and integrations.
  • Experience designing and delivering customer-consumable front-end interfaces with a focus on usability and security.
  • Ability to write highly detailed functional and technical requirements, including edge cases, data flows, and integration points.
  • Understanding of how automation and AI can enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Comfortable working in agile environments and using backlog management tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • 3+ years in product management or technical product delivery roles, ideally in security automation, SOAR, or customer experience platforms.
  • Engineering or technical background (e.g., Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering).
  • Experience with SOAR platforms (e.g., Palo Alto XSOAR, Splunk SOAR) and automation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with integration patterns for ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira), SIEM/SOAR platforms, and customer portals.
  • Prior experience contributing to or managing features such as:
  • Automated workflows for security and operational tasks
  • Secure customer-facing dashboards and portals
  • AI-driven personalization and recommendation engines
  • Integration with threat intelligence and incident response systems
