Job Title: Product Manager
Job Summary:
As a Product Manager, you’ll have a strong impact on Kodo’s mission to build delightful products for our customers. You’ll be responsible for defining and releasing new features & products, in alignment with customer needs and company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
● Write and maintain detailed best-in-class product specs for shared understanding across teams.
● Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure that they are working on the highest priority tasks and have all the information they need while building new features & products.
● Ensure a fast pace of high-quality product releases.
● Analyze customer feedback, market data, and product performance to optimize features.
● Stay current on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor products
Qualifications:
● 2+ years in product management, preferably in enterprise SaaS, with a track record of successfully managing and launching products.
● Deep understanding of product management tools and processes
● A few years of engineering experience preferred, though it’s not a must.
● A Bachelor’s degree (or Master’s degree) in computer science, software development, business administration or a related field.
Skills and Competencies:
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and first principles thinking to drive decision-making.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
