The Product Manager is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product life cycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams. The Product Manager’s job includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
● Align Product and Organizational Goals: Ensure product objectives are in line with MaxVal's overarching organizational goals.
● Roadmap Development: Create and manage short-term (6 months) and long-term (6+ months) product roadmaps.
● Market Opportunity Analysis: Analyze customer feedback to uncover market trends and potential opportunities.
Product Releases (Planning & Execution):
● Release Cycle Management: Oversee and manage product release cycles in accordance with Agile methodology.
● Acceptance Criteria & Quality Assurance: Define clear product acceptance criteria and ensure thorough quality assurance processes are followed.
● Product Collaterals: Develop product documentation, including internal resources, client-facing materials, and sandbox environments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
● Team Communication: Facilitate regular communication with the Implementation, Pre-Sales, and Sales teams to ensure alignment.
● Requirement & Feedback Prioritization: Establish a clear calendar for prioritizing product requirements and feedback.
● Leadership: Lead the Customer Advisory Board and User Forums, fostering strong customer relationships and gathering valuable insights.
