Product Manager
As a Draup Product Manager, you'll play a vital role in product success, from ideation to launch and
ongoing improvement. This role demands a mix of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and
effective communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams and meet customer needs.
You'll provide day-to-day product management support, plan a 6 to 18-month roadmap, and ensure
clear requirements for successful feature deployment.
What you will do:
• Develop and execute a customer-centric product strategy aligned with Draup's goals and
market trends
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and
competitive insights for informed product decisions
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, customer
success, and engineering, to translate user needs into clear product priorities, detailed
specifications, and roadmap plans
• Ensure the successful delivery of product features by working closely with engineering
teams, defining specifications, and managing development sprints
• Advocate for a user-centric product design approach, ensuring an exceptional user
experience in all aspects of the product
• Manage testing and quality assurance processes to maintain high product standards for
reliability and quality
• Lead product launches by developing effective marketing and sales enablement materials
and prioritize feature backlogs to deliver maximum value to Draup customers while actively
gathering and incorporating user feedback for continuous improvement.
Who you are:
• 2+ years experience in a product role or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, engineering, or computer science); MBA
or relevant advanced degree is a plus
• You have previous Product Management experience and a proven track record with a
successful launch of new web products/solutions or major refactoring of an existing web
product. You also need to demonstrate the ability to move metrics and reach your goals.
• You understand agile product management methodologies, experience in user story writing,
roadmap planning, and development
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment

• You have great written and verbal communication skills
• Bonus: Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python, React
