We are seeking a Product Manager to lead our data ingestion and crawling platform. This role owns the strategy and execution for automating ingestion workflows at scale—the foundation that feeds all downstream tagging, quality, and analyst workflows.

The ideal candidate has a high sense of ownership, is outcome -driven, customer -centric, and thrives in a collaborative, fast -paced environment.

Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/b>Own and define the Ingestion Platform roadmap—focusing on scalable, reliable, and automated document ingestion.
<\/p>

·<\/b> Partner with Engineering and Operations to improve crawl success rates, data freshness, and ingestion reliability.
<\/p>

·<\/b> Drive automation -first solutions to reduce manual intervention and support rapidly growing data volumes.
<\/p>

· <\/b>Lead experimentation and rollout of new ingestion capabilities, delivering measurable improvements in coverage, latency, and operational efficiency.
<\/p>

· Champion smart human -in -the -loop workflows where automation alone isn’t sufficient.
<\/p>

Requirements<\/h3>

Who We’re Looking For<\/b>
<\/p>

We’re seeking a Platform Product Manager with 4+ years of product management experience, with a track record of building data, ML/AI, FinTech, or B2B SaaS products.
<\/p>


<\/p>

You’ll be a great fit if you:<\/b>
<\/p>

· Have end -to -end ownership experience of internal platforms or data infrastructure products — from ideation to adoption — driving measurable business impact.
<\/p>

· <\/b>Have built or scaled automation platforms, ingestion pipelines, or enterprise -scale API ecosystems, balancing technical depth with business outcomes.
<\/p>

· Are familiar with RESTful APIs, API documentation tools (e.g. Swagger, Postman), and have working proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Metabase).
<\/p>

· <\/b>Understand human -in -the -loop workflows and know how to design systems that progressively increase automation while preserving user control and trust.
<\/p>

· <\/b>Have a high sense of ownership and agency, with the ability to independently drive product strategy and execution across cross -functional teams.
<\/p>

·<\/b> Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to align technical and non -technical stakeholders on complex platform initiatives.
