About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in leading cross-functional product development, driving customer-centric solutions, and executing data-backed growth strategies. The ideal candidate has a strong blend of business, technical, and analytical skills, and has previously managed high-impact products at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Strategy
- Own and drive end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation, requirement definition, design, development, launch, and iteration.
- Build and maintain the product roadmap by aligning business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, UI/UX, QA, Analytics, Marketing, CRM, and Support.
- Coordinate with data, business, and investor teams to drive insights-focused product decisions.
- Translate product requirements into detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Customer Experience & Growth
- Drive initiatives that improve customer engagement, retention, and conversions across the user journey.
- Leverage analytics to identify friction points and optimize trial-to-paid conversions, renewals, and subscription performance.
- Implement CRM-driven strategies and automation to enhance user communication and lifecycle management.
AI, Automation & Technical Collaboration
- Partner with AI/ML teams and external tech vendors to deploy intelligent automation solutions.
- Demonstrate the ability to convert complex technical capabilities into simple narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
- Support integration of AI agent functionalities and automated workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Performance, Metrics & Reporting
- Define and track key product KPIs, including conversion, engagement, churn, and feature adoption metrics.
- Present product performance updates, dashboards, and insights to leadership and investors.
- Use data-driven decision-making to prioritize features and assess product-market impact.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Professional Experience
- 4–6 years of product management experience in consumer tech, SaaS, AI/automation, or digital services.
- Experience working with large-scale product teams (250+ members) is preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes—conversion lifts, engagement improvements, or operational efficiencies.
Core Skills
- Product: Product lifecycle management, roadmap planning, requirement documentation, stakeholder management.
- Technical: Understanding of software development, machine learning fundamentals, and data pipelines.
- Analytical: Strong problem-solving skills, metrics analysis, experimentation, and insight generation.
