We’re looking for a Product Manager – AI Platform to drive the evolution of our recruiter product, powered by Generative AI. You will be at the center of shaping how AI enables a next-gen recruiter experience — from matching algorithms and job recommendations to conversational flows and intelligent workflows.
This is a hands-on, technical product role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, and AI — and who is passionate about solving real-world user problems at scale.
Support Product Strategy: Define the roadmap and contribute to strategic decisions.
Define & Drive AI Product Strategy: Shape the roadmap for GenAI-led initiatives within our recruiter platform. Work backwards from user problems to identify where AI can make 10x improvements.
Collaborate Closely with AI Teams: Translate business and user needs into model and data requirements. Partner with AI engineers, and data engineers to build and improve AI systems.
Own the End-to-End AI Experience: Drive core product initiatives that incorporate AI — such as intelligent candidate matching, intent recognition, and recruiter copilot workflows.
Understand the Recruiter Workflow Deeply: Spend time with users and operations to develop empathy and insight; constantly validate whether AI outputs are helping them move faster, better, and more confidently.
Use Data to Iterate Fast: Monitor metrics, test hypotheses, own eval, and constantly optimize for both user delight and business impact.
Keep Us at the Edge of GenAI: Stay up to date with advancements in open-source models, LLM APIs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning best practices. Translate new capabilities into product possibilities.
3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a high-growth startup or fast-paced tech environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a bias for action.
Strong product thinking with a user-first mindset — especially in ambiguous or 0-to-1 environments.
Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, evals, APIs, or NLP — enough to participate meaningfully in technical conversations.
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional stakeholders including design, ops, and GTM teams.
Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
