Product Manager

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our innovative team! In this role, you will help drive the development of cutting-edge software products and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional user experiences. As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery from conception to launch.

Your passion for technology and customer satisfaction will play a key role in shaping our product strategy and helping us achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Measure product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and iterate based on user feedback.
• Manage product backlogs and facilitate sprint planning sessions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related fields.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset for evaluating metrics and making data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Productboard.
• Experience in software development and a good understanding of technology trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
