Growfin is a fast-growing SaaS company building financial management solutions for finance leaders such as Controllers, VPs of Finance, and CFOs. Our platform helps teams streamline financial reporting, collections, cash application, and cashflow forecasting — enabling faster, smarter financial operations.

About the Role

As a Lead Product Manager at Growfin, you will own key product areas that help finance teams work faster, smarter, and more efficiently. You will drive product strategy and execution end-to-end — from problem discovery to successful delivery and adoption.

You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to turn complex financial workflows into intuitive, scalable product experiences.

What You’ll Do

Customer & Problem Discovery

• Engage with customers, review feedback, and analyze usage data to identify high-impact problems.

• Develop a deep understanding of finance workflows and user pain points.

Product Strategy & Execution

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business goals.

• Translate problems into clear PRDs, user stories, and success metrics.

• Prioritize features based on customer impact, business value, and effort.

Delivery & Collaboration

• Work closely with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Support to ensure smooth product launches and adoption.

• Drive alignment across stakeholders and manage trade-offs effectively.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Track product performance using metrics and user insights.

• Continuously iterate and improve based on data and feedback.

Leadership

• Mentor junior Product Managers and help build strong product practices.

• Contribute to Growfin’s overall product strategy and culture.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS or technology company.

• Strong experience building B2B SaaS products, preferably in workflow or automation domains.

• Proven ability to own products end-to-end — from discovery to delivery and adoption.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a bias for simple, scalable solutions.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with product roadmaps, prioritization, and release management.

• Strong understanding of SaaS product development and launch processes.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, marketing, support).

• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide decisions.

• Exposure to workflow automation, integrations, or platform products is a strong plus.

• Familiarity with finance, accounting, or enterprise SaaS products is a bonus.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
