Associate Product Manager
About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and business-oriented Integration Product Manager to lead our
integrations team and drive both technical excellence and partnership growth. This role
bridges business strategy and technology — ensuring seamless integrations between our
platform and third-party systems while nurturing relationships with key local and international
partners.
You will be responsible for defining the integration roadmap, managing strategic partner
relationships, and leading a team of integration specialists to deliver scalable, reliable, and
value-driven solutions for clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy
● Lead the integration and partnerships team, providing direction, mentorship, and
performance management.
● Define and own the integration product roadmap, aligning it with company strategy and
business goals.
● Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize new integration
opportunities and strategic partnerships.
● Drive the adoption of standardized frameworks for API and data integrations across
products.
Partnership Management
● Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party partners, including aggregators,
payment gateways, logistics providers, and other SaaS platforms.
● Evaluate potential technology and business partnerships that enhance platform
capabilities.
● Negotiate technical and commercial terms with partners and ensure seamless
execution of integration projects.
● Represent the company in partner discussions, business reviews, and integration
planning sessions.
Integration Delivery & Execution
● Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of all integrations — from scoping and documentation
to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
● Drive the success of custom integration projects for key clients with unique
requirements.
● Ensure proper data flow mapping, validation, and synchronization across systems.
Technical & Product Ownership
● Define clear API specifications, workflows, and data models in collaboration with
development teams.
● Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and productize repetitive integration
workflows.
Key Skills & Requirements:
● 2+ years of experience in product management, integration management, or business
operations roles
● Proven experience leading integration or partnership teams
● Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, system integrations, and data flow
architecture
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (with both technical and
non-technical teams)
● Ability to translate business needs into technical deliverables and vice versa
● Experience working with international partners or clients is a strong plus
● Solid understanding of SaaS, POS, or payment ecosystem integrations
● Entrepreneurial mindset — ability to identify new partnership opportunities and convert
them into scalable integrations
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or Product
Management certification preferred)
